Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your use of Beauty Visions Ltd and Lovoir Beauty Ltd’s websites and services, including all purchases made through our webstore and treatments or services provided in-clinic (collectively, “Services”). They form a binding contractual agreement between you (“You”, “Your”) and Beauty Visions Ltd NZBN 9429048823784 and Lovoir Beauty Ltd NZBN 9429047255685 (together referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

By accessing our website(s) or booking a service in-clinic, You acknowledge and agree that You have had a sufficient opportunity to read and understand these Terms and that You agree to be bound by them. If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not continue to use our Services. These Terms were last updated in September 2025.

 

Buyers

You may buy products offered online by Us by completing the order form available on our Site. To buy products via our Site, You must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may cancel orders where We consider that You have not dealt with Us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws. If Your credit card is charged for such an order, We will notify You and issue a credit to Your account.

 

Orders of Products or Services

We want you to love what you buy from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging. Refunds and exchanges are subject to our returns policy.

Our skincare products are cosmedical grade; our Therapists will guide you on correct use. Refunds are not provided for misuse of products. Please see our full returns and refunds policy for details.

 

Special Offers

We may provide special offers from time to time. At any time, We may terminate any special offer without notice in advance. If terminated, the offer will still apply to orders made in good faith before termination.

 

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, customs duties, and taxes may apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Payment

  • For product purchases (online or in-clinic), full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • For services, full payment is required on the day of your appointment, at the time the service is received.

  • We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cheques and cash are not accepted.

 

Card Storage & Payment Authorisation

When booking with Us, You may be asked to provide card details, which will be securely stored in Zenoti, our third-party booking and payment system. Zenoti is PCI-DSS compliant and uses advanced encryption to ensure Your financial information remains secure.

By providing Your card details, You authorise Us to:

  1. Retain those details to secure bookings (including group bookings).

  2. Use those details to process payments in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy if You fail to provide adequate notice of cancellation or do not attend Your scheduled appointment.

Your stored payment details cannot be accessed by Our staff and are only used for authorised payments through Zenoti’s secure system.

 

Group Bookings

  • For group bookings, valid card details must be stored securely on file at the time of booking.

  • For large group bookings, We may require a deposit at Our discretion.

  • Group bookings are subject to the same Refund and Cancellation Policy, and applicable fees may be charged to the stored card if the booking is cancelled late or not attended.

 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to both online purchases and in-clinic bookings.

  • For all appointments (whether booked online or in-clinic), we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • If You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend Your appointment, We reserve the right to charge 50% of the full treatment value to Your stored card or retain Your prepaid deposit/credit to that amount.

  • Deposits, prepaid treatments, and packages are subject to the same policy.

  • Refunds will be provided where required by law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

 

Prepaid Treatments & Packages

  • Prepaid treatments are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, with a one-month grace period.

  • Treatments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

  • In special circumstances (e.g. medical), we may allow suspension for up to 12 months with supporting documentation.

 

Booking Policy

By booking, You agree to:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consent forms.

  • Provide accurate health and personal information relevant to treatments.

  • Accept that late arrival may shorten treatment time.

We send reminder emails and SMS messages two days prior to appointments. Social media messaging is not an accepted cancellation method.

 

Code of Conduct Policy

We recognise unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, last-minute childcare changes, work roster changes, or forgetfulness are not acceptable reasons for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellation fees will apply in those cases.

 

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, text, and images on our Site are owned by Us. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written permission.

 

Warranties & Liability

To the extent legally permitted, We exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss. Your statutory rights under New Zealand law remain unaffected.

 

Your Indemnity

You indemnify Us from all claims, losses, or damages arising from Your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

 

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to change product and treatment prices at any time without notice.

 

Right to Terminate

We may terminate Your access to Services if You breach these Terms. Refunds are not provided for Services already rendered unless required by law.

 

Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise, please email admin@lovoirbeauty.com. We will attempt to resolve matters through negotiation or mediation before pursuing litigation.

 

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
