100 points = $10 in Lovoir Rewards.
New points are valid for 12 months.

Rebook your next eligible appointment and earn 8 bonus Loyalty Points.
Your rebooking points are added automatically once you complete your rebooked appointment.
When rebooking online, make sure you use the Rebook option so your appointment is recognised correctly.

Purchase Products

4 Points for Every $6 Spent

Your skincare purchases earn points faster.
Earn 4 Loyalty Points for every $6 spent on eligible products.
As an example, $600 spent on products earns 400 points — worth $40 in Lovoir Rewards.
Online product purchases earn points too. Simply make sure you are signed in using the same email address linked to your Lovoir guest profile.

3 Points for Every $10 Spent

Earn 3 Loyalty Points for every $10 spent on eligible treatments and gift voucher purchases.
Gift vouchers purchased online also earn points, provided you are signed in using the same email address linked to your Lovoir guest profile.

Points apply to eligible purchases only. Membership-included treatments, promotions and other excluded or discounted purchases may not earn points.
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
Points are personal to the guest who earns them and are non-transferable.
A minimum balance of 100 points is required to redeem rewards.
Rewards are redeemed in 100-point / $10 increments and may be used towards a maximum of 25% of an eligible purchase.
Online product and gift voucher purchases earn points when the purchase is made while signed in using the same email address associated with your Lovoir guest profile.
