Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit. Aromatherapy has been used for centuries. When inhaled, the scent molecules in essential oils travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and especially impact the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain. Essential oils are also absorbed by the skin.
Before your massage, your therapist will help you choose the right oil blend for you. Our aromatherapy massage is designed for relaxation with light to medium pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage

A combination of deep massage styles to work out knots and tension. Not designed for relaxation; It’s a good option if you have chronic muscle problems, such as soreness, sports injury, or imbalance, helping to relieve tight muscles, and chronic muscle pain.

Pregancy Massage

A safe way to help reduce body aches, stress and ease muscle tension. Gentle lymphatic drainage will reduce fluid retention as you near your due date. You can get a massage at any time during your pregnancy after the first trimester.
We have many techniques to ensure that you are as relaxed as possible during your treatment including seated back massage and laying on your side. Everything can be customised for your comfort.
Please note that for safety we don’t use essential oils during pregnancy massages.
Indian Head Massage & Scalp Treatment
