Do I have to choose a specific treatment, or can I just have a dollar value?

You can select a specified dollar amount or a treatment.
For our hand written pampering vouchers, we have included our most popular Gift Voucher treatments at the bottom of the dropdown box.
If you would like a particular treatment that isn’t listed instead; please contact us and we can arrange this for you (although, the recipient isn’t limited to the treatment specified).

How soon do I get my E-Gift Voucher if I buy it online?

Digital Vouchers will arrive in the designated email inbox within 10 minutes. Hand written vouchers are usually received within 2-4 working days.

How much should I spend on a Spa Gift Card?

Most people give $100 to $150 to make sure the recipient has the options for at least one substantial spa treatment like a massage or facial. Larger amounts like $300 to $600 will let the recipient get multiple services or give them access to our Spa Packages and Advanced treatments.

What is a Spa Voucher?

What is a spa voucher? Spa vouchers are the most flexible way to enjoy a spa treatment or package. Rather than booking a specific package at a the spa for a defined date, you can purchase a voucher and then redeem it against a variety of services and packages that you choose.

Do Spa Gift Cards expire?

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue. If it expires, just get in contact as we have a grace period. Gift Vouchers are non refundable.

What do the Gift Vouchers look like?

Our hand written Gift Vouchers are beautifully presented in a pretty embossed sleeve.
Digital Vouchers are sent via email and are often available in different designs depending on the holiday or celebration.

What is the cost for sending a Voucher by courier?

Delivery is $7 for a courier delivery of items under $150 or $10 for Rural deliveries. You will receive a tracking number so you can be kept up to date on its delivery.
