Which Massage Style Is For You?

Aromatherapy Massage

Long flowing movements at your preferred pressure are used in Aromatherapy Massage. This kind of massage includes kneading, passive joint movement as well as deep circular motions all over your body while essential oils help to calm any mental stress or physical pain.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a great choice for those who want firmer pressure than Aromatherapy massage. It can help release chronic muscle pain, tension and act as an anxiety-reliever from regular sessions.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot Stone Massage is a hands on therapeutic massage that uses heated basalt stones to relieve muscle pain, tightness and tension. This massage is very relaxing making it a great pamper treatment!

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is an ancient Ayurvedic styled massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques that soothe away all stress from the day. Gentle stretching through the shoulders and neck increases circulation to reduce headaches and tension.

Reflexology

If relaxation and or restoration of your natural energy levels are what you're looking for, reflexology is the best treatment. A fully-trained and certified professional applies varying pressure at different points on your feet that are designed to rebalance your body's nervous system for a feeling of serenity and full relaxation!

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy-safe techniques and gentle lymphatic drainage will reduce the stress you feel during this amazing time in your life while alleviating any aches, pains or discomfort that may have been building up over time! You can get a massage at any time during your pregnancy after the first trimester.
