Which Massage Style Is For You?

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is a swedish massage style at your chosen pressure. Passive joint movement and kneading as well as deep circular motions all over your body ease stress and muscle tension while essential oil blends help your physical and mental wellbeing.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a popular way to relieve pain and discomfort. The firmer pressure than Swedish style massage can help release tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and make you feel much more relaxed. Deep Tissue Massage is an effective option for relieving tension in your body - it's the perfect choice if you have soreness from strenuous exercise.

Hot Stone Massage

If you're looking for a massage that is both soothing and energizing, the Hot Stone Massage might be just right. Heated basalt stones of different sizes warm your muscles and the therapist uses them to perform an expertly-designed deep tissue or Swedish style massage.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is a Ayurvedic styled massage that has been used for centuries to relieve headaches and migraines. A variety of pressure and techniques gently increases circulation to the entire upper body.

Reflexology

Restore your energy levels naturally. A certified and highly skilled professional uses different pressure at varying points on your feet designed to rebalance your body and nervous system for complete relaxation and serenity!

Pregnancy Massage

The relief of pregnancy massage can be a much-needed reprieve for the aches and pains that come with expecting. Once you enter your second trimester, lymphatic drainage may relieve fluid retention in preparation for birth. You can safely have massages anytime during your journey after the first three months have passed.
