Why You Should Get Professional Waxing
No Shaving Rash
There are many benefits of waxing that make it worth the short time of discomfort. Waxing is better for your skin than other methods because you're just pulling out hair instead of cutting them with blades or using chemicals avoiding the risk of unsightly rashes or nicks!
Convenient
Waxing is convenient! There's no need to worry when plans are made at short notice. Waxing lasts much longer than shaving and most clients have their waxing appointments every 4 weeks for maintenance.
Discreet
We're here to make you feel comfortable during your treatment and you can be confident that the wax is being applied in a safe way and hygienic way!

About Riccarton, Christchurch
Riccarton is a suburb in Christchurch. It lies due west of the city center, separated by Hagley Park. Upper Riccarton lies to the west.
Jane Deans commissioned Riccarton House in 1855. Along with the Gebbies, the Mansons and the Deans brothers, the Deans brothers were the second group to settle in Christchurch. They also occupied the same spot as the first group that settled in 1843. Their original cottage, which was moved twice from its original location, is still on the grounds. Riccarton House now serves as a restaurant and function center, and hosts regular tours.
Riccarton Bush is located adjacent to Riccarton House, also known as Deans Bush. It is one of four remaining remnants of the original forest which covered the Canterbury plains. These trees escaped the massive fires that devastated the province during the period of the moa hunter. The history of New Zealand entomology has been shaped by Riccarton Bush. Riccarton Bush was the first to collect and name a number of native insects.
One of New Zealand’s most haunted hotels is the Riccarton Racecourse Hotel. The ghost of Donald Fraser, a former licensee, is believed to be walking the halls of the Riccarton Racecourse Hotel looking for his killer.
Antonio Hall can be found on Riccarton Road. It is a large property that has 279 rooms. Once described as “one the finest in Christchurch and surrounding areas”, it has been neglected despite being listed with Heritage New Zealand as a Category II property. A fire that was started by a 14-year-old boy in July 2019 destroyed 30% of the building.
Riccarton also houses Westfield Riccarton which is approximately 54,000 sq. m. and one of New Zealand’s largest shopping malls.
Statistics New Zealand has divided Riccarton into five statistical areas. Statistics New Zealand has divided Riccarton into five statistical areas. Four are predominantly residential and Riccarton Central the commercial area. At the 2018 New Zealand census, the population in the residential areas (Mona Vale Riccarton West Riccarton South Riccarton East) was 9,198.
